| - Terrible customer service. Products delivered are, often, spoiled. I was with Winder for years, because of the convenience of home delivery. But besides delivering spoiled food, the charges are astronomical and service is undependable. A few times, I had to call because of NO delivery. Was stuck on hold for 30-45 minutes, just to report no delivery. Again, today was on hold, forever, to cancel service! They won't let you cancel any other way, other than calling/speaking to argumentative reps. Not worth it, on the whole.
