| - We travel. A lot. And with a 2-year-old, we are incredibly lucky to have been to many cities with incredible places for children. In fact, just two days before our first visit to this museum, we had been to the one in Chicago, and in my opinion, this one was overall a better experience.
So great that the under-5 area had so much going on, and was actually supervised. My daughter, while only two, has very minimal patience for "baby" things, and she LOVED this area. Upstairs, the art room was so incredible, and we were able to participate in a clay class during our 2nd visit there (we went twice within our 4 days in Madison). Each visit, my daughter played until she could literally not stand straight anymore...4.5 hours each time. She took a 3 hour nap back at the hotel then went to bed peacefully that night. THANK YOU, Madison Children's museum!!! :)
