  • WOW!!! This company and its King Damon, are a joke. If you are planning on renting from this company, don't. The service is horrible!! Damon is is a disgrace. His lack of follow thru, lack of response to emails and to issues with the property from the tennants side, is lackadaisical at best. The people who pay him have no clue how he treats tennants. As long as he gets paid and blows a good smoke screen for the property owners, they are mushrooms, and kept in the dark. Also, don't plan on getting your deposit back as he will find things wrong just to take your money. He will not cooperate with you, and try to belittle you thru emails and send fear through you thinking you know nothing. Buyer beware. As there are no stars, I am forced to give one.
