  • I had a sick puppy on my hands and my regular vet was busy so I called Queen West Animal Hospital hoping they would be able to fit me in for an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was able to book an appointment for me that afternoon. She also gave me some great suggestions on what to do in the meantime. When I arrived to my appointment they brought me into a room and the assistant asked me some questions and then went to get the vet. Once the vet came in and did an exam he explained that he couldn't see any physical signs that there was anything wrong and didn't want to go through any unnecessary procedures. This was the moment when I realized that I liked this clinic. He explained that in his experience these type of symptoms would pass. He called me the next day to check up, and just has he suspected things got better. He even said he would make sure someone would call again the next day just to be sure. I am now making this my regular clinic. The service here was far better than anything else I've received.
