  • This place supposedly participates in the blue star family museum program. The National Endowment for the Arts website says it begins Memorial Day WEEKEND. I called at least 10 times this morning to confirm but no answer. So we park, walk all the way here, wait in a horrendously long line...they tell me, with a smile, that it starts Memorial DAY. I show them the NEA website, they tell me, no the website says Memorial Day. I said, no it doesn't, it's right here. They ask for my 50 dollars with a smile. I never would have come for that price. Don't say you will support active duty families if it's not true. Have to update my review to 5 stars! I contacted them on Facebook to explain my situation and they actually contacted me and had someone refund my entrance fees! Great customer service. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to. That's rare to find these days!
