Orange theory is great if you're trying to get in shape, or in my case, get back in shape.
I went here 3 months after having my baby and felt it really helped to boost my cardio and endurance.
If you're already fit and can self motivate, you can do this workout in your condo gym. It's really just some HIIT circuits with weights, treadmill and rowing machine.

There are classes throughout the day and the classes are only an hour long, plus is was very close to my house.

Super annoyed I had to buy a heart rate monitor for the 2 months I was a member there
No change rooms
If you live in the area and money isn't an issue, give orange theory a try. I don't think I'd feel good about driving more than 5 minutes to get there.
