  • This place has potential to be a great location for family fun, however, the lack of service (extremely slow) and the quality of food is much to be desired. I had a party of 5 and we got seated quickly but it took no kidding 10-15 min for a server to come to our table. After a bit you just stop asking for things because it takes so long. The layout of where the dining in relation to the kitchen or service booth is too spread out. This place has the starting of a good thing but I probably won't come back. The first time I gave them the benefit of doubt but the second trip pretty much made the decision for me that this is how gameworks operates. So, in my opinion just come here for the games don't come here for the food. It's just not worth it.
