  • wish they had a -1 and that is where I would score them. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my co-workers, we were the first to get in at lunch, arriving at 11:07am. we were seated right away, our waitress Stefanie assured us that we would be taken care of right away, THAT NEVER HAPPEND!! We ordered 15 mins later. Food never came. we only had an hour lunch. at 11:45am we paid for our food THAT WE STILL DIDN'T HAVE!!! even after the store manager came out, we still never got our food. and when it did come out, she had no clue of who had what, and the food was cold. She then goes on trying to blame the cook. All the other staff and customers had there food and no problem with service. What an AWFUL expereince and I would never go back to that location EVER!!!!!
