  • I would like to start off by saying I was a member for roughly 5 years and canceled due to the quality and management of the Facility. The gym is not what it used to be. The general manager Jenny lacks leadership and management skill. I know a lot of the employees there and hear first hand the frustration they have from lack of support and guidance from there leader. The facility itself has also been disgusting the past two months. The locker rooms look disgusting and they aren't as well stocked or maintained as they used to be. They aren't cleaned, and you can see the team members trying to do as best as they can but still struggling. There old ops manager dan recently left and you could instantly tell it was under new management. The PT employees still walk away and don't acknowledge you unless your there client. The pool is never cleaned and untreated but that always been that away. Overall I can't justify paying $60 a month or support a company that doesn't keep their employees happy or help them succeed!
