  • Do NOT preoder anything here. I preordered the samaung s9. The girl who waited on me never put my order through. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with Best Buy trying for them to find my order then they told me to go into the store the next day. I went the next day had to get a different phone color than i wanted and they werent going to honor the preorder. Had to deal with manager. Finally they gave me the price but i was supposed to also get a $25 giftcard because of that promotion. They told me I would receive it in 2 weeks. I of course didnt receieve it. Spent another 2 hours on phones between departments, 5 different people and nobody knew what was going on. They told me this wasnt the deal and that the person who waited on me told me wrong. Kept putting me.on hold. They said they couldnt do anything for me. Its $25 what is that to them? The manager said he couldnt do anything for me. Do NOT preorder anything because you wont get what was promised even with showing a receipt, they will just argue with you. Horrible customer service. Store doesnt even answer their phone and they laughed when i told them i was on hold for 40 minutes. Horrible customer service.
