| - I tried Wow for the first time, motivated by a $9 discount coupon. I have a black SUV. It has NEVER had anything touch the body except a super soft sponge. I ONLY go to touchless carwashes. That being said, my vehicle is now over 10yrs old with 200k miles but looks great. So I was willing to take a chance on this wash. Fortunately, the brushes do not scratch black paint, nor does it leave swirls. Whew! Good thing. That's the good news. The bad news is, it misses entire spots of your vehicle!!! WT*?!? See attached pictures. After the wash I went to the drying/vacuum area and while I was wiping down the excess water, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the attendant. He had the audacity to tell me, "Oh yeah, there is a problem with the unit. It's not working 100% right now." Are you kidding me??!!?? I wanted to ask, so why are you open? You tell me after the fact? And, to add insult to injury, he asks if I want to go through it again. Well if the equipment isn't working why the heck would I go through it again? So it misses the same spots the second time?!? Duh!
For exactly $1 more, I can go to the trustworthy, credible and guys of integrity, old school touchless hand car wash on W Charleston for a full inside & out cleaning and, they do all the work. Even after tipping those workers an additional $4, it is a superior $25 wash over this $19 that makes you work the finishing details AFTER it misses the entire top of your vehicle!!
