| - Highly recommended! First time here; overall great experience. I walked in at 3:45pm on a Wednesday for a pedi; they had me seated in a spa chair within minutes. My technician, Anna, was so polite, smiling a lot. She spent an impressive amount of time on my cuticles; I noticed bc they so often rush through this. She spent the standard about of time on callous removal. I spent extra for the sugar scrub and it was worth every penny. It's my absolute favorite part of the pedicure and she did not disappoint. Although I wasn't offered different scents, it ended up not mattering. Anna spent a good solid 5 min on each leg, massaging in between my toes (heaven!) and even my kneecaps. She also massaged lotion into each foot/calf/kneecap, again for 5 min on each leg, then afterwards for a few moments with hot rocks, ending with a nice hot towel. Finally the toenail painting began, 50 min after I'd first sat down. (This lengthy amount of time was wonderful, since I chose to spend the extra $$ on a "fancier" experience. Obviously if you need to be in and out just get the express pedi) She didn't rush through the painting which of course made me feel like I was getting my money's worth. Complete pedi took one hour, almost to the minute!
Typical nail salon atmosphere, soothing colors but harsh fluorescent lighting. 6 Tiffany-blue spa pedicure massage chairs but only 3 manicure stations, so if that's what you're coming for I'd suggest calling first to make sure you don't wait too long. They had the radio on quietly in the corner by the front door... commercials were annoying, albeit low in volume. Might behoove them to invest in Pandora; I noticed speakers on the walls that weren't being used...? TV on wall was off but that didn't matter to me. Only reason I'm giving less than 5 stars is for minor lack in atmosphere. I'd give 4.5 if I could.
