I want to commend both Don Williams and the entire staff at Hyundai Chapman we dealt with on the night of Sept. 9th 2015 for making a very upsetting, and frustrating experience end on a very high note.
I had found a few pre-owned Audi Q5's in the area I was interested in. I went through the USAA car-buying program where you go into the dealership with a guaranteed price. After spending the 2 previous days at ABC Nissan in Phoenix and after about 5+ hours of going round and round with Andy Martin our incredibly rude salesperson who added over 4k in "optional" features and refused to sell the car without them, we finally said we're done and left.
We were frustrated and angry at how we had been treated. It was late and we just wanted to go home and be done with it but at the last minute we decided to go to Chapman Hyundai and see about the other Audi Q5 I had found online. From the moment we walked in until the time we left everyone we dealt with at the dealership was of the utmost help, answered all questions, and actually made the car buying experience fun.
Don was kind, compassionate, and friendly, and was more than a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated his non-pressure sales approach. We knew what we wanted and he didn't try to get pushy or pull a fast one like the people at ABC Nissan. We left getting exactly what we came in to get with no haggling.
In the month to follow Don has followed up on numerous occasions to make sure everything was still going great with the car. It's people like Don who make businesses successful. He's hard working, compassionate, and he truly cares. He deserves to be commended for service and going above and beyond what's expected. Without hesitation I give Don and the staff we dealt with a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend Chapman to any family member or friend looking for a car. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! It was a truly great experience!
