  • Sansotei is one of the top three ramen restaurants in downtown Toronto and has held a pretty good reputation but unfortunately, the new Markham location was a disappointment. The new Markham location is not even comparable to the location in downtown Toronto. The soup base is completely off, the texture of the pork belly was not the same and the noodles were just not up to par. Sansotei Markham really needs to work things out before potentially damaging their reputation. One good thing about this location is that there is way more seating/space compare to the one in downtown. Also, expect lineups as this restaurant has just recently opened. Currently, it is a soft opening so the hours are only from 5 pm to 11 pm and it is closed on Mondays.
