All I can say is that they SUCK! We had international flight at 7:30 am and requested cab at 5:30 to be at airport by 6. As I was told by Yellow cab to always call a day ahead for airport runs because these runs had priority. Well at 5:30 no cab. I call and the dispatcher tells me the driver is running 15 minutes behind which I tell her that it's unacceptable since I ordered one for 5:30 to make a flight. So she insisted on finding another driver that could be here in 5 minutes. I waited 10 and call back and was told my original order was cancelled. I am talking to some male named Joelle at this point that is a freaking idiot. He basically told me that I was screwed and to drive myself there.
Approximately 28 minutes late...the taxi shows up after my husband has already taken our guest to the airport. The driver was so embarrassed that this happened as he was the driver that was requested to be redirected and was at least 15 minutes away when I was told 5. He told me that this happens all of the time and it's bad business. He gave me names and a number to complain. He is also going to put complaint in as the drivers are tired of the ones that look bad and not the company itself.
As someone previously mentioned the driver explained that an Iranian owner is taking over and buying out all of the smaller cab companies in the valley and it's just going to get worse as it becomes a monopoly...good luck with your ride.
