I was a member at OTF West for six months. I came in two times a week.
Pros:
- Although I didn't lose weight, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my strength and tone. Even my friends noted the same.
- I also like some of the trainers/front desk staff - they're friendly and knew me by name. Not all of them, though.
Cons:
- Biggest con for me is their cancellation policy. I needed to cancel 12 HOURS ahead of time if needed. I scheduled my workouts at 6pm. Most of the time, I could make it on time after work, but sometimes I had to stay late at work. If I rescheduled, then I got charged extra.
- I felt that some of the trainers never really made an effort to correct our form. I think Pete and Faith were the only ones who paid attention to my form and corrected me when I was still a member there.
- Some of the front desk staff could use a smile or something! One of them never remembered my name. Brittany and Avery were always the most friendly and helpful when I was a member, then they both left :(
- Some workouts were fun, but some were not. I always hated it when we stayed in one station for 30+ minutes. Towards the end of my membership, I felt so bored with the workouts because they were all the same, I felt like.
