I'd consider this a fancy spot; it is in the Mint Museum building after all! I went for lunch and had a seafood gumbo (I'm not recalling the exact name). It was very good, but I'm more of a white fish and scallops kind of seafood person rather than the adventurous octopus, prawns, etc. If you like all variations of seafood I absolutely recommend the dish, but I'll probably be less adventurous next meal. The menu is always changing anyway! Went for drinks after work on an early fall day and it was perfect - they have a great selection of drinks and a decent wine list. I recommend Halcyon for lunch, dinner, happy hour, and everything in between!
