  • 3rd time in a row I was told my pizza would be ready in 15-20 minutes, when I get there it's always a wait. Called ahead to order for pick up, was told it would be 15-20 minutes, I get there in 25 minutes, and my pizza hadn't even been put in the oven. The kid at the front assured me it would only be 10 minutes, well it took another 25 minutes. I got a car full of groceries and frozen food, as well as a tired and hungry, crying, infant. I understand if it's buisy, but don't lie to people and tell them 15-20 minute wait, when it's more like an hour. good pies, HORRIBLE SERVICE!
