Unfortunately, the service here has deteriorated over the past year. The donuts are still great, however, but I'm not sure that's enough anymore. Mobile ordering still has some kinks that need to be worked out. On my last mobile order, there were supposed to be be four sandwiches and I received only two. I didn't realize this until I had left the restaurant. So I came back later to work something out. I realize that I should have checked my order before leaving the restaurant, and said as much. The lady behind the counter, Nichole, was very sweet. She said I needed to talk to the manager. Nichole let the manager know that I was waiting and the manager replied to Nichole that first she needed to make about three drinks. So I waited while the manager made the three drinks and several more items, all the while never acknowledging my presence. There were hardly any other customers and at least one other staff member was standing with nothing to do. It appeared that the manager could have taken two minutes to talk to me. After about 10 minutes, I left in frustration. I also went online twice and left comments on the Dunkin' Donuts website. So far, I have received no reply.
