rev:text	I give 1 star only for their smile to welcome me. The rest things are awful. You must be ready to be patient to go with this clinic. I chose this one after checking few place for the Immigration Medical Check Up. They'll give you the low price package without having any necessary check. Only physical and 1 vaccination. 1st day: I came for the appointment, physical check, vaccination. I had to wait in the room for 30mins between physical check and vaccination giving( I had to go to reception to ask them that do they forget me?) Only then there's is one doctor come to check and last thing is vaccination. Luckily the doctor's still nice and friendly to me. Then there is a girl gives you a paper list of all the Lab you have to go to take blood/urine rest. I did asked her Do I have to pay for any further fee when I come to any these lab on the list. She said "No, you just call and make appointment with any of these". Alright, After that I went to one lab (one the list), here I have been asked to pay $150 for all the test. I called back to 1st Medical Care and check why I already pay the price for full package, now you send me to the other with extra fee. They explain that clinic's in US not qualified for Lab Test. That why they have to send me to somewhere. And the extra money is the thing I have to pay. Here I know clinic no has Lab, but I already paid for the full package. Full package means they have to take care everything necessary for medical check up. If they have to send me anywhere; I don't mind to go. But they really make money on the package they give to me. Every time I come here, the minimum waiting time is 30mins. The day I came to take the result and my documents. It's so so long waiting time. It took me 1hr for sitting in waiting room. Until they almost close at 5pm, it's 4:55pm the lady at reception gave me my copy and said 3 minutes more doctor will give you the documents... OMG... what kind of business... I did not come here to ask for free service.. I know they have another patients to take care. But please at least treat customer in the right way. Some documents already done just need to put in the envelope and seal not take more than 1hour.. 5:10pm I was still sitting in the check up room to wait for doctor and I have no idea when he will come. Even They already close ( mean they not take any other patients anymore). And no patients are sitting outside....Hope I can go home in 10 minutes... really lost my patience If someone need the medical check up, you should go with the other one for better price and good service.
