| - I recently purchased my second vehicle from Riverview Toyota. Our salesperson, Jeremy, was helpful and attentive. We had come in a few weeks before to shop (comparing to Honda Pilot). Instead of the usual pushy tactics, he gave us his card and encouraged us to keep in touch via text (love that, because I hate the phone calls). When we decided to pull the trigger, we got in contact with him. Despite the fact Riverview has a smaller inventory than other dealers, they work hard to get the customer what they want and keep them returning...like I did. I did stay away for service with my previous vehicle, but I am willing to give it another try.
Along with Jeremy, I was super impressed by two of the employees when the vehicle was delivered. The gentleman that assisted us with the set up of our Bluetooth and technology. He was juggling two customers at the same time, but never made us feel rushed or ignored. Also, Jesus, who moved our vehicle from the showroom to the garages followed up with us based on a minor question we had. He made a point to seek us out and explain a feature of our car so we didn't feel in the dark. It's those small things that make a big difference.
