  • I want to give this restaurant more stars but service today was just terrible. If I could I would give them 3.5. We have visited this place at least 5 times now. Usually for dinner. To start the food is good. Fish is not fishy at all. Most Ayce places don't have good quality fish but this place stands out. Their pork belly is pretty amazing as well. Now of course this place isn't better than a la carte places like soho and other places that you might find on the strip. But if you are looking for ayce this is the place to go. Trust me it's not perfect nigiri pieces are smaller like cut in half per order, also their rice is a little hard for me. But still we come here because the taste is pretty good. They also have a lot of good hot food options. Like their baked mussels is a must as well as the garlic edamame. So why the 3 stars?? Ok so usually when we go here we do have to flag down a server to order more food, not sure if they do that on purpose so we don't order more?? And the food does come out slow. But today was just the worst. We got food before we got our waters ! And then the server forgot the hot tea so I had to be the annoying person and have my hand up to get her attention. We saw several of our dishes go to the table next to us. And then when we asked about it she said it's on the way. We got our second round of orders before we got our missing shumai and edamame ( first order). My bf seriously loves their garlic edamame so he was getting a little hAngry and annoyed with the server. When we got the edamame it was regular edamame and not garlic, so now we are just mad. I ordered 4 orders of yellowtail nigiri and one toro. We got at our table one yellowtail and one tuna. I figured she just messed up the order but turns out it was someone else's order. Then I saw them run our 4 orders of salmon belly to the table next to us again! ( seems to be the theme of the day). We over heard tables on both side of us complaining that they were missing orders. So it wasn't just us imagining things. The lady from the other table orders ice cream before me. They gave me her order of ice cream by mistake. Every time we ordered food there was some sort of mix up even down to the dessert. We spent a lot time waiting. Waiting to get our drinks. Waiting to order. Waiting for our food. Waiting for refills. The only thing we didn't wait for was the check. I like this place and hope that the next time our experience is better and I will be sure to update my review
