  • LOVE living here! Close to the Strip but not too close. Great restaurants within walking distance, a full spread of bagels, pastries, donuts and coffee on the weekends, valet parking (no tipping allowed) and wonderful concierge service, with the exception of one older guy who isn't all that friendly. They'll bring your packages upstairs for you, too. Very safe, with great security everywhere (doorman, cameras, fobs used to open doors, etc.,). Parking garage is also very secure. Only downside is that they don't allow any vendors or contractors on holidays or some weekends so if you need your TV fixed and its MLK day, forget it! No exceptions either. Great Grand Salon if you want to host a party, as well as a conference room and theater (with candy included!). Fitness facility and spa, too. The gym has great cardio machines, strength training and free weights, plus a calendar of classes, including walking groups, yoga and aerobics.
