Lifesavers!! Located on N. Durango and Cheyenne corner shopping center. Parking can be tight in this area. Plan accordingly.
I went outside on Saturday afternoon to head to the store only to find that my car wouldn't start! I was panicking because it's almost Christmas and I have so many things to do.
First things First - I called AAA who came out and checked to see whether it was my battery or not. Nope, wasn't the battery. That would be too easy. I ended up having to have my car towed to American - recommended by AAA. And that's when I met an angel named Craig. He assured me they would take care of me and get me on way for Sunday so I left my car in his hands and crossed my fingers.
Sunday rolls around and Craig promptly called me in the morning and told me what was wrong, ordered the part, and said it would be ready at 2:30pm that afternoon.
2:30pm rolls around and as promised my car was ready to go!
I received great service and reassurance here which was much appreciated because I was panicking. As a woman they didn't try to price gouge me or give me a list of things that I didn't need which meant everything to me.
I'll certainly be back for all my other car needs. A honest mechanic is hard to find!
Thanks so much Craig!! Your service was exceptional.
