  • Off the main drag on Queen East, I'd wander into this coffee shop early in the mornings before work or late at night when work ran long and we were jonesing for a caffeine fix to fight the inhuman fatigue. I love Boxcar's concept and the baristas are passionate about coffee; one of the few shops in the city where I can ask specifically for a "jammy" cup and they know what I'm looking for. More than that, though, there's something about this shop's vibe that makes me happy as soon as I walk in the door.
