  • Don't waste your time. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in Las Vegas. We scheduled an appointment to get a quote for a pool and spa. 10 minutes before our appointment, Dennis calls to say that he is having car trouble and can't make it. When asked when he would be able to reschedule, he said he would call us back in a few minutes but never did. We called their office to ask if someone else could come out. Dennis calls back and says he will throw in a free ozone system but doesn't reschedule. The next morning he calls back and asks if he can come by. Better late than never...right? Wrong. He shows up and is very jittery and nervous. He talks trash about the competition and seems very confused. I can't confirm that thee were drugs or alcohol in play here, but he definitely acted impaired in some way. We come back the following week for our design appointment. He looks shocked to see us and literally looks at us like he has never seen us before. He looks up our address. Nothing. He looks up our name. Nothing. Awkward silence as he is furiously clicking his mouse. He obviously did not create the design. We are texting about what we should do next as he starts to create the design as we sit there. But wait...he has to get a map of our property first. We get up to walk out. He says nothing. I tell him we are leaving, and he says he is going to walk us out. He then proceeds to try and show us pool finishes!!! I reiterate that we are leaving as he stands there in silence as we walk to our car. Yeah. I'd love to drop $50k with these clowns. How have they stayed in business? The overall experience was disturbing. I wish someone had warned us before wasting our time. I wish I could zero stars.
