Pho here is really good, I rarely drink the broth when eating pho at a restaurant, but the broth is so good at Pho Lien that I always gulp it down. I always go for the pho dac biet, I really think it is the best since there is plenty of meat (it is possible to ask for extra meat for some extra dollars). The Che Ba Mau is also really good, not frozen at all like some places where I have been before.
Only problem with this place is that it is always crowded, especially during lunch (expect at least 10-15 minutes of wait), but the wait is worth it, especially during cold winter days.
