| - Spent about an hour looking at office furniture, wondering and looking for someone to assist. I had to seek out a sales representative to answer a few questions regarding dimensions, inventory, delivery, warranty etc. It was clear that if I didn't ask the questions she clearly wasn't going to "educate" or "inform" me about the company she works for, since this was my first time..it may very well be my last. Nothing, no interest, no questions about what I was looking for or what my needs were. If fact she had little knowledge and understanding of furniture and many of the questions she couldn't answer. Okay fine that's okay but do something about it and seek out the answers you don't know. Don't just say, sorry. At this point, I thanked her and went about my business. As I spent another 20 minutes looking for another representative, I should have just left, but I waited. In fact this time I stood at one of the desks that are set up throughout the floor where they process and complete order transactions. Random employee walking with his head done playing on his iPad and looks up as I'm standing there and says, "Hows it going?" Really, this is how you greet customers? My advice is, please inform your employees of proper customer service. Empower your staff and Management to know and understand the products you sell and increase your awareness of what is or isn't happening on the floor.
