  • I have been a customer at Alexander's for years. I am writing this review because this business deserves recognition for their top notch efficiency, care, and integrity. Whomever gave them a low rating in that other review is either an angry, irrational person or just had an unfortunate misunderstanding. Alex and Oscar are the best. I know that I am in good hands whenever I bring my car there. They will be honest with me about what I need done. I have been there multiple times when they have done a diagnostic for me and came back to me to tell me nothing needs to get repaired. I also brought my Kia in the other day because my air bag light was on and Oscar called me to tell me that he looked up my information on my car and that I have a recall and that I can get it fixed for free at the Kia dealership. This is the type of treatment you will receive at Alexander's Automotive. I send all my friends there and anyone who will listen. Everyone is always grateful for the treatment they receive. Stop getting ripped off and go there NOW! I promise! I never write reviews but felt I had to let others know.
