I did not have a good experience with this yoga studio. I paid for a yearly subscription for $999 back in April, and I got a new job out of state. I had only used the membership for one month and had asked the studio for a refund for the remaining amount that I would not be able to use. Not only did no one contact me back for weeks after I called them to talk about this, but the owner of the company sent me passive aggressive emails about how she needs this money to pay her employees and there is no refund policy. I get if I had one month left in the year pass that I wouldn't ask for the money back, but I have 11 months left that would be unused. She offered to give me gift certificates that would expire after a year, but the only issue is that I would not be able to use them because like I had mentioned to her I would not be living in that state. She proceeded to tell me that she was being empathetic to my situation by offering me these unusable certificates and how if she were in 'my shoes' she would appreciate someone going out of their way to give them something of the value. This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth regarding yoga studios. I've heard so many stories from friends of how yoga studios are terrible at customer service and I hate that I had an experience that completely validates this. I hope to have better experiences in the future.
