  • I've never left a review anywhere after just one time of visiting a place, but I absolutely must about The Nail Affair. I've been to many a nail salon in Las Vegas, and while I understand that not everyone has hours to take care of themselves, I don't believe that's a reflection of the staff. Everyone has a busy life, and to me, my nail time is ME time, so I appreciated the time spent on me by the staff. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome, and not a fake welcome, like give me your money, but an at home kind of ease to the whole thing. Kevin is completely amazing and so intuitive about what it is you expect from this salon. He walked me through different items they offered and was nothing but helpful. Chile was my pedicurist today. She was very friendly, warm and talkative, and while she is new, she was very detailed with her work. It felt good to be in a pedicure chair, ENJOYING and RELAXING, versus being told to pick a color and sitting for 30 minutes, while other people were being helped. I did the stone pedi and it was a really good quality massage for a pedicure. Although Chile had never done one, Kevin was more than willing to show her how one was done. After a very calming pedi, I was treated to a fill from Alicia. Now let me tell you about her. So bubbly, and so much personality. She looked at the nails I had from another shop and instantly noticed where they had messed them up, which mind you, is why I had tried them in the first place, after a bad experience at another salon. Alicia took her time, filed my nails perfectly, didn't hurt me and told me where the other tech had messed up. I went for black gel nails with a glitter ombré. Mind you, I was there for 3 hours, it was probably the most relaxing and enjoyable nail experience I've ever had. I definitely found my new nail place. I felt like I could just sit back, talk to these new people and just enjoy the atmosphere. Which I will touch on, even the technicians in there that weren't helping me were all so friendly. Overall, I couldn't say a negative thing about this place. It's near my house, pricing was very comparable and even more inexpensive then those in and out of shops, and the staff is above and beyond any place I've been too. They will definitely have my business and more importantly, respect and loyalty.
