This particular Nobu is not great but also not bad. It doesn't quite compare with the Malibu location but still has a bit of charm for a Vegas sushi joint. Once you arrive, you'll notice the decor is gorgeous and the place is often pretty freaking crowded. The menu is fairly substantial and the cocktails/sake are pretty on point. The food at this particular locations falls a bit short, relatively speaking of course as compared to the other Malibu location. The rolls/sashimi lacked a bit of the wow factor that you've grown to love from a Nobu. I mean the presentation is great, but the taste is just meh...
