  • I gave AZ DEPT MOTOR VEHICLES 5 STARS! Yes, I can't believe it myself either. We came prepared with the correct documentation and came in there with a good frame of mind, knowing that there could be a possible wait. Our experience this morning was awesome; great and friendly customer service. I liked that the lines were separated for the purpose of coming to the DMV. Douglas was a great help! He surely made the visit to the DMV great. It was not much of a wait. We were in and out within 45 minutes. I can't complain. Smooth process.
