  • This spa's concept does not work for me. It is a very uncomfortable environment. First glance you say cool, unique. The planners of this space must have been a man. A women would have never had a another women navigating a a spiral stair case in flip flops and a bath robe holding a drink. Waiting area is awkward seating on a very long wall is contrite and an afterthought, with a short seat and straight posture prone back. Although, brightly lit, which I will get to later. The spiral staircase you must navigate with your offered drink upon arriving, then one service is up and the other is down or vice versa. I requested both services to be on the same level when I returned for my second trip, and my massage to be on the lower level, because of that bright light from the windows. Nothing relaxing about that, when the massage therapist finishes giving you a massage, she then raises the head of the bed so you are sitting straight up, then opens the door of your room and the full daylight floods into room, BHAM! There goes any benefit of the relaxing bliss-full massage you have just had. Yes, you heard me right, relaxing bliss-full massage. Great massage. But the complete "SPA" thing is lost on the concept and procedure. Even after speaking to them about this. They do not get it.
