  • After I broke my hip, I needed help around the house--and even without the hip problem, I was always rushing around to clean up before people came over. I could never get ahead of the mess. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Cleaning Authority and hoped for the best. They arrived on time to do the initial cleaning, which is longer and more involved than the standard service. Three great women with all their equipment and cleaning solutions in tow took on the dirt, dust, pet hair, and more. They worked efficiently, were extremely pleasant, and got everything done in a short amount of time at a very reasonable price. When they were done, their manager arrived for a white-glove inspection. After a few areas (that I thought were plenty clean already) were reworked, they left me with a house I'm proud to live in. I would recommend their service highly, and I plan to keep using them well after my hip heals up.
