  • I called the hotel when I was at baggage claim to make sure that they had a shuttle running. They told me to stand in zone B, and it would be here momentarily. 50 minutes of standing in the cold later I called again. They said they didn't know I was waiting. When I finally get to the hotel, the staff has attitude, the elevator smells like weed, and the rooms are subpar at best.
