  • Kiss your deposit BYE BYE if you rent with this company! We hired a handyman before doing the exit walk-thru with Brady and paid to have various things done such as having the paint, picture holes etc all filled, as well as paid for the carpets to be cleaned, as you would with any property you're renting. Well come to find out Brady charged us for not only all of the above, but for about 10 other things that were already issues before we moved in. Charged us to paint the garage, however when we lived in it it was NOT painted at all. How's that work, Brady? We have to pay to increase your property value for another tenant? Terrible and unacceptable, do not recommend
