  • Every Saturday night I go through the drive thru which is always too long and slow. Tonight I repeated my order twice and when I got to the window they had it all wrong. I ordered as always 4 original glaze and 2 cheesecake. They gave me 2 original and 1 cheesecake and when I told the lady what my order was she charged my card again and gave me the 2 original and not the cheesecake! When I have gone inside it is even more crowded and service is slow. People order dozens of original glaze and back up waiting for their order while I have watched employees take their time filling the boxes! For the eclipse donuts several weeks ago people had to go through the line twice to get their order! I got the usual original glaze and my husband said they were cold! Also there is a guy that sits outside each Saturday watching a laptop device and obviously he has physical difficulties. Does he ride the bike that's against the tree? What is his story and what is he watching while slouched in his chair? I am sympathetic and yet disturbed watching him from my car each week.
