OMG! Longest day ever spent roaming around the isles of Walmart while my car was being held hostage in the Care Service Center. I was originally turned away at 8am in the morning because 'no one showed up for their shift'. I should have heeded that as my warning and never returned. But per the managers request I came back when the following employees were scheduled to arrive. Long story short.... I was quoted one price, backed into paying another, told numerous times my services were almost done, never even got the oil change I had initially ordered, and left OVER FIVE HOURS later!!!! This was to change 2 tires. They were completely understaffed due to many employees and servicemen calling in sick. I was told this after waiting at least three hours. My tires were taken off and my car sat there five hours and I felt standed. They should have better protocol for these situations other then telling every customer, "It will be done in an hour...." as all waiting area gets fuller and fuller with a longer and longer wait. Ridiculous! I canceled the oil changed and asked for it to be complimentary in the future to compensate for me having to cancel today... I got a simple..No. I will be contacting corporate and letting them know I would have gotten further getting my tires changed at the zoo.
