| - Please, please, please, do not live here. Really the only positive I can think of is it's location. Rent is high and god forbid you forget to submit your 60 day move out notice they will not work with you regardless of how much you've work with them on their poor service. Rent for a 1bd is 1400, forget to submit your notice and they raise it to 2400/month. We bought a house and now we are so utterly screwed by the month to month rate we cannot furnish our first home. Someone tried breaking in and it took maintenance over 3 months to get a new door ordered and installed. During installation they put it in backwards. How? Beats me. So they re installed it. They also ordered the wrong sized door so you can feel the heat coming in and see bugs coming in. Few months later we had a pipe break and water leak, emergency maintenance fixed it reasonable, except our walls have yet to be repaired so we currently have exposed wiring and studs showing. Our washer broke, we were given keys to a vacant unit to door laundry until it was repaired. Went to go get our clothes from the dryer and put what was washed into the dryer and all of our clothes were gone. Went to the office the following day and they were in a trash bag in the office because someone showed the unit and thought the clothes were left there from a previous tenant. This place is the worst place I've had to live in. Unless you have absolutely nowhere else to live and don't mind being blinded by their horrible lease agreement DO NOT LIVE HERE, ever. There is also trash, dog poop, puke, and other disgusting wastes all over this property. Management absolutely sucks and their customer service is appalling. They broke several points in our lease agreement which we have documented and they are still unwilling to work on the month to month rate with us for failing to give a 60 day move out notice which we never once received a reminder on.
