  • No mention from owner about being sorry for being turned away. No phone call for this so called misunderstanding, no email from this business apologizing for turning away a patient over money. It's very obvious tops doesn't care about you, they care about your money. Read the response, I'm already being told good luck with no resolution. Typically I don't write reviews, but this review is serious because I want to demonstrate how much tops can care less about how your doing physically. Dogs hair is all over the ground, they allow 2 dogs to run around the facility totally unprofessional!!!!! Physical therapy requires care and not a money hungry owner. So sad when a current worker has to vouch for the character of her own job. Thank God I left this review, no customer service just on to the next one.
