  • I come to one of the clinics for an experimental treatment. The nurse that worked on me was one of the best practitioners I have ever come across. She was extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable. She knew intuitively how many of my symptoms were linked and brought up ideas for treatment that doctors had not suggested. She went out of her way to explain things to me using models, books, sent me home with worksheets, etc. The treatment I was trying was not known if it would benefit me, and very expensive. Initially I booked my stay for 2 weeks worth of treatment. After the first treatment, the nurse told me honestly that this treatment would not change my outcome and I would not benefit from it. I really appreciated her honesty as I was able to go home after the first treatment, and it saved me a ton of money. Months down the road, with new information, I can confirm she was correct, it would not have helped. I also really appreciate one of the receptionists going out of her way to check what treatments would cost for me. I did not even expect it, but when I checked in, she told me she wanted to let me know the cost of my treatment and went out of her way to call my insurance and then left me a lengthy detailed voicemail explaining everything so well. Really went out of her way to inform me, when she did not need to.
