  • I've been living at Redstone for about 6 months. Overall, the apartment itself is good. However, there are some pretty bad noise issues. I live by the pool. Of course they try to sell you on the pool view even though it costs a little extra. The view is NOT worth the noise. Quiet hours are supposed to be from 10pm- 10am or something like that. There are almost ALWAYS people out in the hot tub until about midnight and they are almost always pretty loud. Also, at least 3 days a week, the gardeners come with their tree trimmers and leaf blowers around 7am and stay until around 9 or 10. Very hard to sleep in on those days past 7 or 8. I know they try to keep everything pristine looking for the potential new residents taking tours, but this is a huge drawback for current residents. It also happens to be the biggest drawback for residents paying the most rent. Right now, I'm leaving one star because I know other people have complained about this issue on Google reviews and they still have not fixed it. That shows me that Redstone does not care very much. If Redstone improves on this issue, I will bump up my review significantly
