I scheduled a glassblowing class for two people and even got a reminder email about the upcoming class. But when I arrived, there was a handwritten sign on the door that said they didn't have power and to email to reschedule. Other customers had written on this sign, dating back at least a week (7/13), so it seems that the problem is not new.
As the sign requested, I emailed the company to reschedule, although they didn't provide an email address on the sign. Assuming that the email address on the webpage is correct, the owner has been entirely non-responsive to three emails. I then thought that maybe he would be more responsive to a Facebook message, but that too has gone unanswered. I've also tried calling, but each time the phone rings for about a minute until an automated system says "Memory is full. Enter remote access number." I can't even leave a voicemail.
I've already paid for my class in full and am afraid I'm being scammed since I can't get a response regarding rescheduling. Is anyone else having this problem too?
