  • Thanks to Service Advisor Jim for ensuring my truck was taken care of as promised. I called to schedule maintenance service and spoke with one lady in the service dept who wouldn't schedule me for service because they were "booked" all the way thru the weekend. I asked for quote anyway and she transferred me to Jim who was able to squeeze my truck in. I'll keep bringing my truck back here for service.
