  • I have been a member here for 4 months and I must say that the overall atmosphere in his gym is amazing. The entire staff is friendly and personable. Even the professional fighters take the time to talk with you and give pointers. The front end manager Nicole is a perfect fit for the gym as she is so sweet and always willing to help. I have 2 boys 4 and 6 that also use the gym and it is a great family atmosphere. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape whether it is simple carrion and weights of for the number of different style martial arts they offer. I am definitely proud to be part of the power family.
