  • FedEx used to be the best. Ordered a gaming PC online. They deliver it to my door and left it upside down. I was home waiting because I didn't want to leave a multi thousand dollar piece of equipment left alone on my doorstep. On my security cameras it showed the currier dropping and walked away. The glass roof cracked and I had to send it back. I demanded they use UPS or I'd go elsewhere. This was one of several incidents. I even notify amazon I don't want to receive packages from FedEx, it's not worth my time.
