Not a good experience when I've had good experience with other Safelite locations. I purposely scheduled a Saturday appointment at my house because I work Monday through Friday and didn't think it was feasible for me to have them do the repair at my workplace since my work involves phone calls and cannot guarantee that I wouldn't be on a long phone call when they arrive. I ordered the wiper blades along with the crack repair. The technician was rude and seemed lazy and he didn't have the size wiper blades I needed with him. He didn't even apologize to me! I'm frustrated that now I have to go out and buy wiper blades and learn how to put them on myself because he didn't plan ahead. Safelite always stresses the importance of having wiper blades replaced after windshield damage but apparently that wasn't important to my technician. I didn't really have the option with my work schedule to reschedule unless I wanted to wait another week to get this crack repaired. Also, the email that Safelite sent me to confirm my appointment said that the technician would text me when he was on his way. That didn't happen. Instead he called me when he was in my driveway. I am giving two stars just because he did arrive within the appointment window and the representative I called and complained to sounded sympathetic and said she would pass the feedback onto his manager.
