  • By far the best customer service I've ever had..hands down. My husband and I went here for the first time today after I had heard some great things about this coffee shop. I ordered the iced dirty chai latte which they are known for. I personally wasn't a fan of it..there was some sort of spice in there that didn't agree with me. I want to note that many many people LOVE this drink so I encourage you to still try it even though I didn't care for it. I don't believe it was anything they did wrong it just was not my personal favorite. I was a little nervous to ask for my money back but figured I'd at least ask since I knew I wasn't going to be able to drink it. Cathy (the owner) was extremely nice. She asked if they could remake it for me or if I wanted to try something else on top of her giving my money back for the drink..I told her that was okay (I already felt bad for returning the drink!). Then on top of that she encouraged me to come back and try something else and the drink would be on the house. I've never received such great customer service and encourage anyone to give this place a try. The next time I'm in the area I will try a different drink. They also roast their own coffee and offer almond and soy milk which I appreciate since dairy milk does not agree with my stomach. Terrific owner!
