  • Miguel and his team have been an absolute blessing in an otherwise stressful and seemingly insurmountable set of challenges. Not kidding, the guy might as well have come through the front door with a halo. His expertise and professionalism have been second to none. Dealing with the insurance company, a pack out team, his own stellar crew, and a set of massively stressed tenants never tested his calm, friendly demeanor. We had flooding through almost half of our home which necessitated having the drywall cut, insulation removed, carpet pad and cabinets removed, and baseboards replaced. The team was able to make quick work of the process and was done with the first phase in only a couple of hours. While I wouldn't wish the disaster that brought Preferred Choice Restoration on anyone else I wouldn't hesitate to call Miguel and Dan for their help in the future!
